A: You can pay with credit card, audio pin via phone, direct bank transfer and direct debit (direct debit only in Germany & Austria ).

Q: What text will be visible on the billing?
A: The amount and „ Staria Cash “ / „ Inet-Cash “ will appear on the billing.

Q: Do I sign a subscription with joining a site?
A: You have the possibility to join without a subscription but you can also choose a subscription with saving money. A subscription can be canceled at any time.

Q: I joined but my password doesnt work!?
A: After joining your password will be generated and written in a data file. This process can take up to 5 minutes . Please wait this 5 minutes and try it again. In case that it still does not work please mind the next point.
